Electrostatic Precipitator

Adopt electrostatic technology. Kitchen grease exhaust air enters the pre-filter from the inlet of the purifier. Large grease particles and foreign matter are physically separated and collected in the grease collection tank. Polluted air containing fine grease particles flows out of the pre-separator and enters the charged zone. When it passes through the space where a large number of ions and electrons are present, the ions and electrons will be attached to the grease particles. The charged grease particles come out of the charging zone and enter the dust collection zone. Under the action of electric field force, the polluted particles are adsorbed on the electrode plate, and the clean air is directly discharged into the atmosphere through the fan under the action of negative pressure of the fan at the back end.

Corona discharge 


The corona field of electrostatic precipitator has a potential difference of 7-15 kV between the opposite poles. 

The non-conductive gas molecules become free ions through decomposition or electron attachment.

When the gas flow through the dust collection electric field area, the particles are charged by the ion impact and move to the collection electrode with the opposite electrical properties. 

In other words, the first step of the collection mechanism ionises the gas. 

The second step makes the particles in the gas stream electrically charged.

The third step causes the particles to hit the collection electrode plate and be collected.
